Your satisfaction and the sanctity of your puja matter to us. Please read our policy below.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@mangalpooja.com with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Perishable items
For hygiene and religious reasons, perishable items (such as fresh flowers, sweets and certain samagri) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or spoiled.
How refunds are processed
All orders are prepaid. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled but remains covered by the policy above.
