Welcome to www.mangalpooja.com (the "Website"), operated under the brand MANGALPOOJA.COM ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website and your purchase of products from us. By browsing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Eligibility

By using the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are using the Website on behalf of someone else or a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. Products and devotional nature

We sell pooja samagri and related devotional items, including daily, festival and sanskara pooja kits, hawan samagri, agarbatti, idols, brass items, chandan, fresh flowers and garlands, and gift packs.

• Our products are offered for religious, ceremonial and personal use. We make no claim of any spiritual, astrological, medicinal, healing or guaranteed outcome from the use of any product. Any reference to rituals or traditions is for informational purposes only.
• Natural items (such as flowers, leaves, chandan and organic samagri) may vary in colour, size, fragrance and appearance from batch to batch and from the images shown.
• Idols and handcrafted brass items are often handmade; small variations in finish, weight and shade are normal and are not defects.

3. Product information, images and pricing

• We make reasonable efforts to display products, descriptions and prices accurately. However, images are for representation only and the actual product may vary slightly in colour, size or contents.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout. Shipping charges, if any, are shown before you confirm your order.
• We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information, and to change prices at any time without prior notice. If a pricing error affects an order you have placed, we will inform you and give you the choice to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders and acceptance

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only when we accept it and, where applicable, dispatch it.
• We reserve the right to accept, limit, or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or delivery outside our serviceable areas.
• If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Payment

We currently accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment. Accepted payment methods:

• Online payments — UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets, processed securely through a third-party payment gateway.

You agree to provide accurate payment and contact details. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect information or by your bank or payment provider.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping timelines, charges and coverage are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, festivals or events beyond our control.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Certain items — including perishable goods such as fresh flowers, and hygiene-sensitive or opened consumable samagri — may not be eligible for return except where they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

8. Your responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose
• Provide false, misleading or someone else's information
• Attempt to interfere with, damage or gain unauthorised access to the Website or its systems
• Copy, reproduce or misuse our content, logos, images or brand without permission

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including the MANGALPOOJA.COM name and logo, text, graphics, product images, and design — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce or distribute it without our prior written consent.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the Website or products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Uttarakhand, India.
